the green room

90 days to lead your business on purpose

You’ve built something real — on talent, on hustle, on getting genuinely good at what you do. But if you’re honest, a lot of your business still runs on default. You post when you remember. You price by what feels comfortable. Your days disappear into the tasks in front of you, and you rarely lift your head long enough to ask where it’s all headed. The Green Room is the space to change that.

Over 90 days, in a small room of women who see exactly what you’re capable of, you’ll step out of the day-to-day doing and start making intentional choices — about how you show up, what you charge, the genius you’re built on, and where you’re taking it all. Not more information. Space to think, and a room that reflects you back to yourself, so you can lead with vision instead of just keeping up. You’ll walk in doing the tasks. You’ll walk out leading the business

the SPRINT

WHAT IT IS

90 days to lead your business on purpose

The Green Room is a 90-day sprint for the woman ready to stop running her business on default and start leading it with intention. In a small room of women who see exactly what you’re capable of, you’ll step out of the day-to-day doing and start making deliberate choices, from how you show up online to what you charge, from the genius you’re built on to where you’re taking it all. Not more information to half-absorb. Space to think, and a room that reflects you back to yourself, so you can lead with vision instead of just keeping up.

WHO IT’S FOR

The woman who’s great at her work and is ready to focus on the business behind it.

You’ve spent years getting good at what you do, and you’ve built something real on the back of it. Now you’re ready to turn that same attention toward the business itself — to learn how to lead it, price it, position it, and grow it on purpose. That’s what it means to be green: not new to your work, but new to putting the business in focus. The Green Room is built for exactly that, with women doing exactly the same.

HOW IT WORKS

A small room, a clear rhythm, and the space to think bigger.

Twelve weeks, meeting Wednesday mornings — a mix of focused sessions and open connection, where some weeks we go deep on a business shift and others we simply think out loud together. The room is capped small so every woman is seen, with three in-person gatherings to open, recalibrate, and celebrate. Along the way, a few carefully chosen guest experts and one shared read give you fresh firepower and a common language — all in service of one thing: helping you lead your business on purpose.

You’re already doing the hard part.

You just haven’t had the space to lead it.

You’re good at what you do. You have clients who love you, work you’re proud of, and a business that — most days — runs.

But if you’re being honest with yourself, a lot of it runs on default.

You post when you remember to. You price by what feels comfortable. You show up online when you can find a spare minute between everything else. Your days disappear into the tasks in front of you — the doing, the delivering, the keeping-it-all-going — and you rarely lift your head long enough to ask where any of it is actually headed.

It’s not that you’re doing it wrong. You’ve gotten far on talent and hustle.

But you can feel it: there’s a next level, and you’re not going to reach it by simply doing more of the same, faster.

Why a “GREEN” room?

Because this is your first time putting the business itself in focus.

You’ve spent years getting good at what you do. You’ve learned your craft, honed your skill, and built something real on the back of it.

But the business side? That’s newer territory.

Not because you’re behind, but because your focus has been on getting great at the work itself. Now you’re ready to turn that same attention toward the business you’ve built around it. To learn how to lead it, price it, position it, and grow it on purpose.

That’s what it means to be green. Not new to your work, but new to focusing on the business. And there’s no better place to start than a room built for exactly this, with women doing exactly the same.

The Green Room is where you begin.

lead on purpose

The everyday parts of your business, done with intention instead of by default.

Showing up online with intention. Not posting more, not grinding harder — showing up as the authority you already are, on purpose, as part of how you run your business.

Pricing like an owner. Taking an honest look at what you charge and why, and making intentional decisions instead of pricing by what feels comfortable.

Owning your genius. Getting clear on what you’re truly great at and positioning your whole business around it.

Mapping your direction. Lifting your head from the tasks to decide where this business is actually going — and leading it there instead of just keeping up.

You’ll walk in doing the tasks. You’ll walk out leading the business.

your sprint plan

A small room, a clear rhythm, and the space to think bigger.

A 90-day sprint. Twelve weeks, designed to move you — not a slow, sprawling program you lose steam on. Long enough to create real change, short enough to keep the momentum high.

A small room. Capped at 14 women, so every one of you is seen, gets airtime, and builds real relationships. The room isn’t a bonus here — it’s the whole point. These are the women who’ll reflect back what you’re too close to see.

Weekly gatherings, Wednesdays at 10am. A mix of focused teaching and open connection — some weeks we go deep on a business shift, some weeks we simply think out loud together and work through what you’re stuck on.

Three in-person gatherings. We open, recalibrate at the midpoint, and celebrate at the end — in person, together. These are the anchors that turn a group into a room.

Guest experts along the way. A few carefully chosen voices to bring specialized firepower where it matters most — including how you position yourself and show up online.

A shared read. We’ll read one powerful book together and talk about what it stirs up — a common language for the room and a mirror for your own patterns.

The Membership

A seat at the table, by design.

Membership is $49 per month for the season. You may also reserve your seat for the full season at $399, which offers a modest savings and secures your place.

The room is capped at 60 seats by design, intimate enough that you genuinely know the women in it.

If you read the first list and felt a little spark of “oh… that’s me,” then trust that. This is your room.

Posture over pedigree.

Because the makeup of the room matters, membership begins with a brief application. It has nothing to do with the size of your business or your industry, and everything to do with posture. We look for women who are serious about what they’re building, generous with what they know, and glad to see the women around them succeed.

If that describes you, we’d be glad to have you.

The FAQs

One in-person gathering each month and one virtual training call.
Everything else is optional. The goal is consistency, not overwhelm.

Life happens — we get it. You’ll still have access to the training call and all membership perks. Your growth isn’t dependent on perfect attendance.

Because real growth takes time.
This isn’t a drop-in networking group; it’s a curated community built on relationships, consistency, and meaningful support. Twelve months gives you enough time to deepen connections and see real change in your business.

Yes! Enrollment is rolling. Your 12 months begin the day you join.

If you already have a business, care about growing it, and want conversation + clarity + community — you’ll fit right in. This is for women who take their business seriously and want a room that reflects that.

Most members are local because of the in-person gatherings, but you’re welcome to join if you can attend regularly or want virtual support + community.

Guest tickets are $99 and give you a preview of the experience. If you decide to join within 48 hours, your ticket cost can be applied to your first month.

Membership is a 12-month commitment and cannot be paused or refunded. This protects the integrity of the group and allows you to stay consistent — which is where real growth happens.

Absolutely. Vine Club members get first access to Vine Masters when applications open. Many women will start here and step into the mastermind once they’re ready for deeper support.
