The Green Room is where you turn that same focus toward the business itself, learning to lead it, price it, position it, and grow it with intention. Over 90 days, in a small room of women who see exactly what you’re capable of, you’ll step out of the day-to-day doing and start making deliberate choices about how you show up, what you charge, and where you’re taking it all. Not more information to half-absorb. Space to think, and a room that reflects you back to yourself, so you can stop running your business on default and start leading it on purpose.

This is the room for women who are done playing small and ready to grow with intention. Over six months, a small, committed cohort goes deep together, sharpening strategy, building the systems that let a business scale, and stepping fully into the authority they’ve earned. This round is our most elevated yet, with hand-picked guest experts, richer in-person experiences, and the kind of proximity that only comes from a room that truly knows your business.
