I’ve seen the magic that happens when a driven woman finds her people. A new confidence settles into her mission. Collaborations spark that create real movement toward her goals. The momentum compounds in ways she could never have forced alone.
The women who are serious about what they’re building in St. George know the power of doing it in the right company. The Green Room is about moving women out from behind their screens and into the same room, where that power actually lives.
This is a curated community for established women in business across Southern Utah. Not a training. Not a course. A standing room built entirely on relationships. We unite around common goals, we draw on the collective wisdom of the room, and most of all, we belong to something that makes our own efforts stronger.
We meet twice a month on Friday mornings. Each gathering opens with a short feature to bring the room to life, then opens up entirely, because the real value is in the connection and collaboration that follows.
The connection doesn’t stop when the morning ends. Between meetings, the community stays active in a private member channel built on one simple practice: one ask, one offer. Each week brings a fresh prompt, an open invitation to share something you need and something you can give, a referral, an introduction, a skill, a fresh perspective. Some weeks you’ll have an ask. Some weeks you’ll be the answer to someone else’s. And anytime something comes up, the room is right there. More often than not, the woman a few seats away is exactly the connection you needed.
The Green Room runs as a season, September through May. Nine months, one cohort, building alongside one another from the first Friday to the last. We pause for the summer, because the women who thrive here have full lives and understand the value of rest.
Membership is month to month, with no long-term commitment. The women who get the most from the room are simply the ones who choose to run the full season with it.
How much is it?
The investment
Membership is $49 per month for the season. You may also reserve your seat for the full season at $399, which offers a modest savings and secures your place.
The room is capped at 60 seats by design, intimate enough that you genuinely know the women in it.
Because the makeup of the room matters, membership begins with a brief application. It has nothing to do with the size of your business or your industry, and everything to do with posture. We look for women who are serious about what they’re building, generous with what they know, and glad to see the women around them succeed.
If that describes you, we’d be glad to have you.
Q&A
One in-person gathering each month and one virtual training call.
Everything else is optional. The goal is consistency, not overwhelm.
Life happens — we get it. You’ll still have access to the training call and all membership perks. Your growth isn’t dependent on perfect attendance.
Because real growth takes time.
This isn’t a drop-in networking group; it’s a curated community built on relationships, consistency, and meaningful support. Twelve months gives you enough time to deepen connections and see real change in your business.
Yes! Enrollment is rolling. Your 12 months begin the day you join.
If you already have a business, care about growing it, and want conversation + clarity + community — you’ll fit right in. This is for women who take their business seriously and want a room that reflects that.
Most members are local because of the in-person gatherings, but you’re welcome to join if you can attend regularly or want virtual support + community.
Guest tickets are $99 and give you a preview of the experience. If you decide to join within 48 hours, your ticket cost can be applied to your first month.
Membership is a 12-month commitment and cannot be paused or refunded. This protects the integrity of the group and allows you to stay consistent — which is where real growth happens.
Absolutely. Vine Club members get first access to Vine Masters when applications open. Many women will start here and step into the mastermind once they’re ready for deeper support.
